The Brief

Located on Naif Road, in the heart of Old Dubai, this new mixed-use development comprising of retail, studio serviced apartments and roof top amenities was to be developed to bring life into the city heart.

The 4 floors of studio apartments sit around a courtyard and grand atrium, atop 2 floors of prime retail. The retail mix focuses on state-of-the-art electronics and gadgetry for the home, office and automobiles. The roof top houses a fitness centre/ gym and swimming pool as part of a dedicated club. Another component to the club is a dedicated restaurant overlooking the city.

The clean, sophisticated architecture of the building was developed  towards attracting top-notch professionals and other upmarket tenants, besides creating a bold, international statement for the clients.
